Is there a finalized date on this book? Where could we find about the upcoming titles? I'm not able to get any information from the headfirstlabs.com!

John,

I agree the exam is probably about two years' away. However, take a look at this from an author's perspective - it'll take about a year top update the current book for EJB 3.0 and that book will be out of date in just one year - a lot of hard work to put in for very little :-).

The bad news is that I have hit a stumbling block on this - the publisher of EJB 3 in Action, Manning Publishing will not allow me to work on a "competing" book. I am trying to sort that out the best I can. Also, as always, I would really appreciate someone lending me a hand as a co-author.

Cheers,
Reza

It's been two years since this discussion started. Kathy Sierra and Bert Bates, when will you lend all these pleas your ears?

Yes, it has been a long thread and Bert Bates has already answered long ago. Further badgering is pointless. This thread is now closed.
