HI All,

I want to sort the values in my table in ascending and descending alternatively. I have searched in many sites they given table sorting by clicking table header it changes all the column values dynamically. But i need my particular column values only should change without affecting my other column values. is it possible to do using javascript since i am very new to javascript.

Thanks in Advance
Shalini

Welcome to JavaRanch.

So you've found examples that sort all columns when a single column header is clicked - surely it can't be hard to change that to only sort a single column? Or am I misunderstanding what you're asking?
