Dropdown list values should be not be same in all 3 dropdowns

Hi,

Thanks in advance,
I have one requirement, where i had search button,and 3 dropdown lists.i have some opetions in each dropdown list.lets us say 4 options option1,option2,etc..when i select one value in dropdown i.e option1,the same value if i select in other dropdown list i should get one error message..

Could any one come with example of code,...
