�Web based and OO development background
�Strong Experience and knowledge with a number of the following:
�J2EE development with WSED / Eclipse IDE, Websphere Application Server, JSF Framework; RichFaces component library, AJAX / AJAX4JSF , Spring, SOA
�Oracle 9i/10g; SQL; PL/SQL
�UNIX (AIX, HP) environment; deployments; scripting.

Some of the duties and responsibilities for this unique opportunity entail:

� Previous business analysis experience
� Mastery of programming concepts, procedures and practices
� Experience in multi-platform distributed environment
� Detailed knowledge of programming
� Experience working with the project management cycle
� Demonstrated ability to develop customized solutions to meet business requirements
� Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
� Project management experience and proven ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple deadlines.
