Can I also say (since I'm not eligible to win anyway) that in my opinion the greatest single weakness in web developers is HTML and CSS?

Welcome Michael Bowers, I have recently been using and implementing CSS in my HTML class that I teach and have found its benefits rewarding. My studenst are also realizing how much more easier it makes coding
