Drop down list from tab on web page

Hi Ranchers,

I want to create an interface where I can show list of options when I move my cursor over a tab.

Example : "Book" is a tab and when I move cursor over book a drop down list appears with 3 options Add, Seach, Help etc.

Can some one help me with this? Any hints, reference material, links to internet pages will be very helpful.
