Hi,
I am running my JSP application on Windows with IE 6.0 and Mozilla 5.0. My application contains JavaScript and AJAX along with Java code in scrip-lets.
when I am running my application in IE its working fine but When I tried to run the same application on Mozilla then in the JavaScript function where I used document.getElementById("test").value I am getting null value.
I need immediate help as I got to run my application on Linux and in Linux IE is not a commonly used browser,on Linux Mozilla is the preferred and widely used browser.
thanks in advance.

Do you have an id with the value of "test" on the page? IE will look for names if it does not find an id. That is a flaw and bad code works because of it.
