Respected Sirs,

I have stored some images in database(postgres and type is a "bytea" ). Also image name is stored in another column. How is showing these images using ajax/javascript ?

JavaScript/Ajax has no means to deal with returned binary data. And really, what could you possibly do with it?

If you're trying to get an image displayed dynamically, just create an <img> tag whose URL references the servlet that fetches and returns the image data.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
