Hi,

I am developing a website where I have got a webpage to post a query to me. I have got the textarea to type the query. I am trying to write a javascript such that when the user presses the send button I get a mail with the content he typed.

Regards

Karthik

While you can use the mailto: pseudo-protocol to initiate a message using the system's default mail program, JavaScript (or HTML) cannot send the mail. You'll either need to rely upon the mail client, or write code on the server to send messages.
