I have started trying GWT recently and read the material posted on GWT's site. I have been developing web applications in Spring and Struts. When using GWT, I am unable to figure out how we will switch between different pages. For example, if we clicked a menu item, it should take me to some page and clicking on another menu item should take me to another page. In all the examples that I have seen, there is only one host page and one EntryPoint class.

How to design the application in GWT if it contains 40-50 pages? Is there any good material/article where it is given how to design such type of application? I don't want to write everything in one EntryPoint class.

That's actually a really good question. The limitations of GWT mean that you can't usually approach it in the same manner as a non-generated site where you have more leeway. However, I do not believe that we have a lot of GWT aficionados here. I wish you luck with your question.

You use FlowController for navigation between the pages. the wjole thing cannot be explained here but if you do little research on FlowRouter or FlowController on GWT website you get an idea and then can ask specific questions.

hope this gives you a headstart
