Hi,

I am implementing AJAX on my page, while retrieving data (about 3000 records), it is taking some time. In this time I want to display an image with message "please wait ..while accessing data". How can I dothat using javascript or any other way, Please explain me.

Thanks in advance

Do you just want that to appear somewhere on the page?

It's a simple matter to create a hidden element and to show it while the Ajax request is processing. Some more details on what you want are necessary.

P.S. The basics of show/hide is to change the display style property to "none" for hidden, and one of "block" or "inline" (as appropriate) for shown.
