I don't know of any complete books off hand, but one complete chapter of the O'Reilly book "Java and XML" is available here: http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/javaxml/chapter/ch09.html
This book has been mentioned several times on this topic. I have a copy myself and I think it's pretty good. The chapter online above is one on Publishing Frameworks, and covers Cocoon, if anyone is not familiar with what it is/does. If you are debating on whether to buy the book yourself, this will give you a sneak peek.
