jaxp.jar
parser.jar.
I cannot find them on suns site?

Brian,
Download the JAVA API for XML parsing (JAXP v1.0.1) reference implmentation from SUN, http://java.sun.com/xml/download.html, and install the library.
Once you install the library, it should be in the parent directory. Remember to add the parent library to your classpath!
