how to setup xml4j?

I couldn't find anything on how to setup xml4j. can someone tell me where i can find this or tell me?

I wish there was a button on my monitor to turn up the intellegince.
Theres a button called 'brightness' but it doesn't work

Hi Brian,
The only thing you have to do is update the classpath
to point to two JAR files - xerces.jar & xml4j.jar
