Dear ALL,
I want to generate XML string in JSP and process it using
XSL in the client end.
Can any one send some sample code or some ref. where I
can get some idea.

No you don't. Not with browser XSLT support the way it is. AFAIK the best you can achieve is something which works with IE5, may perhaps work with future IE versions, and will never work with anything else. I'd stick to server-side transformations.
