In terms of what?
In terms of credibility, frankly, I don't know of any employers who really take their certifications seriously. Perhaps if the exams (which you take online) are taken in a supervised environment, like when you go for an interview, then the employer may have reason to take it seriously. Otherwise, you would probably get more credibility from exams taken at testing centers like Prometric.
I have taken the Brainbench exams (not in XML though) and they actually have good questions. I used it to prepare for other certification exams.
