Well Aamir,
I would recommend XML Bible. It's a wonderful book. Also XML handbook is a good one for designing concepts but not for learning as a whole. As far as XMLWhiz is concerned it is available at www.whizlabs.com/products/xmlwhiz/xmlwhiz.html
They have recently come up with their version 2.0 and I am quite happy with that. Sorry I can't give it to you nor does anybody else as they have a key's funda in their engine and it works only on one machine (quite fair on their part ;-)), but I would say it's worth its price if you are serious about XML certification. Ok...all the best
Cheers
Kelly
