Reporting to the Director of Server Development, the Senior Software Engineer is a member of our Server development team, the selected candidate will contribute to the complete life-cycle of our CIDC gaming products and services. CIDC's software engineers contribute to software design, implementation and unit testing, integration, and system test. In addition, CIDC's software engineers support product marketing, ,QA, and production.. CIDC's software engineers apply their software expertise to a broad range of business and technical initiatives: platform architecture, product development, automated testing capabilities, system administration, and product maintenance.

To be successful in this role your background will need 2 to 5 years of:
Java in Unix/Linux environment
� BS Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
� Experience with relational database technologies (Informix, Oracle,
Sql).
� Good communication and organizational skills
Pluses
� Experience with development of e-commerce applications with emphasis
involving mod_perl, Mason, Apache web servers Catalyst, Template Toolkit or
similar, DBI, CGI, SQL, HTML, and relational databases.
� Familiar with Web Programming
� Experience with financial applications, Informix, AJAX,
Internationalization and Localization a plus
� Comfortable working with Perl library modules and functions.
