Beware of IT recruiters presenting themselves on the Internet as software architects! They will try to find someone that they can present to match your requirements and present the individual as part of their organization. Understand that in this scenario they don't really know who they are presenting to you. They just want to get some business and if it works that is good and if it fails, oh well, they will try again somewhere else. Rascals!

Make sure that you closely review the previous Javaranch posts of the individuals that you may contact. Their Javaranch history will indicate their interests, motivations, and should demonstrate their skill level in regards to software development, technical writing, and collaborative skills.

Thank you everyone. I haven't expected this many responses. As I mentioned before as soon as I have the requirements I will contact you. This client is spread all over the world and I they will need more resources than I can provide. The two main offices are in CT and Norway. The project might be challenging in regards to multilingual support and working with users in all different time zones.
