* Redesign existing systems for improved performance, reliability, or functionality
* Modify and test database schema and stored procedures

Key Experience
* 5+ years OO Dev and Design
* 3+ years Java
* 1+ years SQL
* Tomcat
* Struts

Experience in several of the following is a plus:
* Scrum
* Pair programming
* Test-Driven Development (TDD)
* JUnit
* Hibernate
* Spring
* Ajax
* SQL Server, stored procedures
* Ant
* Maven
