Hi there,
i have ambiguty in the traslate function of XPath (http://www.w3.org/TR/xpath#function-translate), i qoute:

If a character occurs more than once in the second argument string, then the first occurrence determines the replacement character.


Could any one please give me an example

s'd result in JAVA
But

w'd result in JBVB
hope i got your question correct.
The replacement character for the first occurance of "a" (which is B) w'd be used everywhere.
