Hi,
I just want to know if it is possible to develop pdf document and generating and subsequently printing any pie chart or graph in it using FOP and java ? withuot using any third part tool ??

Not Clear!
One idea could be to dynamically generate pie chart or graph along with some text in an SVG format, the final output will be .SVG, you need SVG Viewer(free) to view the output, Can be done using FOP alone(see SVG examples in FOP package).
Other idea could be to use a third party tool to generate the image first, store it in a temp location and then embed it in a dynamically generated PDF document. Can be done with FOP and other thrid party tool,Why you want to avoid third party tool,there should be lot of license free third party tool for generating pie chart or images.Generating the image in PNG format is a good option for FOP.
