What is the difference between the xml validation and xml welformated thanks for answer

XML validation is an activity where an XML document's syntax is checked against an expected schema or doctype. If the document complies with the rules defined in the schema/doctype, it is a valid instance of that schema/doctype.
Well-formatted XML is XML conforming to the rules of the XML specification. In other words, if the XML document's tags are correctly nested, attribute values are quoted, etc., the XML document is considered well-formatted.
