Hi all,

I've been googling for a bit, but XML is certainly not my strong suit. I'm not even sure who/where to find "the authorities".

I found this old post where Lasse informs us that plain & is illegal

I had kinda already figured out it was illegal when my SAX parser choked on the XML we receive from one of our vendors, namely:


Where can I find something official when I complain to the vendor about the &'s in the URL ?
