xml transformation using jaxb

hi,
i am using jaxb to transform one input xml to output xml . The schemas are diffrent . Below is pasted a part of my output xml

 <videoCatalogList xmlns="http://services.twowire.com/vc">
    <catalogUpdateDate>2005-08-19T14:46:54.779+05:30</catalogUpdateDate>
    <dataSource ns1:id="ML" xmlns:ns1="http://services.twowire.com/vc">
        <name>Movielink</name>
    </dataSource>
    <videoCatalog>
        <video ns2:id="prod30073" xmlns:ns2="http://services.twowire.com/vc">
            <providerId>ML</providerId>

looking at the output the lines we have 2 name spaces ns1 and ns2 . Both refer to the same xml namespace . When i generate the output using xml spy i have only one xs (name space ) though out .
Can any one tell me the reason for the diffrence .
