Http response containing XML document

I am new to this group, I want to know that how do I send a response from server which contain XML document or a specific XML element(that contains other elements aslo).

You can use a servlet to send the xml generated and sent back in response.
For Generating a xml document, you can use SAX or DOM parser.

writing the xml or element you want to send using the the response Writer could do the trick.
