I searched Google for "jdom eclipse plugin" and got no useful answers. That makes me believe that no such thing exists. Do you have a reason for believing that it exists? If so you should go to the place that told you about it for more information. Or you could check here:

You could easily create your own plugin.

The plugin.xml would read like

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<plugin name="JDOM_Plugin" id="org.jdom" version="1.0 provider-name="<providerName>">
<requires>
<import plugin="org.apache.xerces" />
</requires>
<runtime>
<library name="jdom.jar">
<export name="*" />
<packages prefixes="org.jdom" />
</library>
</runtime>
</plugin>

you will have to place the jdom.jar in the plugin folder of course along with the license statements like the ones the ant and xerces plugins have
in case you plan to distribute it
