I was able to run the generated classes and the java class I wrote in Eclispe but when I tried to run it on weblogic8.1, I get this error:

Can someone please help me? Thanks!

Unlike other Sun APIs, I've yet to see Weblogic firmly state that it completely supports any particular version of the full JWSDP. Weblogic has pieces of it, but not all of it. Particularly if you are using Weblogic 8.1, you'll need to grab JWSDP 1.4 to get the JAXB libraries, and add them to your application.

Thanks for responding. I'm using JWSDP 1.6 and I copied the jars to my application but I still get the same error.

Try deploying a servlet instead of the JSP, just to make it easier to have a try-catch block under your control. Be sure that the JAXB libraries are in WEB-INF/lib if you haven't already (in other words, use the classloader for the WAR, not the EAR). Catch Throwable. See if something is attached to that NoClassDefFoundError. It might be that JAXB is complaining about a library it requires.
