Unable to locate jaxb.properties for package  RSS feed

I'm using jaxb with weblogic 8.1 and when I try to run the client class on weblogic, I get this exception:
javax.xml.bind.JAXBException: Unable to locate jaxb.properties for package western.wattage.rtoss.generated

Could someone please help! Thanks.

jaxb.properties was created when you ran xjc. You need it, probably wasn't copied from the place xjc generated it to, or was moved into the wrong place in your class hierarchy.
