hi guys,

i dont know anythin abt xml.and im supposed to make a class which
reads a hashmap and converts it to xml using sax.

so can anybody give the code which can help me to make that class,since i dont have enough time to learn xml for atleast now.

IMHO, you dont need SAX to convert a hashmap to xml.
Just read the values and write it to xml file.
Try to find sample in javaalmanac which has samples on reading and printing values from hashmap.

looks like it describes what you want, only for a different problem. If you don't have time to learn XML now, then you should read it when you have to revisit your code and make it work right.
