How to compare two XML files?

Is there any direct way(like API or utilities) to compare two xml files(which are created from the same schema)?

Lots of people have written that sort of thing. "XML diff" are the Google keywords to use.

What do you mean by "explains"? Do you have some particular question about comparing two XML files? There are a LOT of products that compare two XML files, which the Google search I suggested would return. Are you not interested in any of those?
