I need to get current time in XML(to comply with Datetime necessity on a XSD). I can not predefine the time, it has to be current time. How do i get that??

It is easy to get current time in Java.Looking for something similar in XML.

I can't tell what you mean by "in XML" here. The XML recommendation says nothing about dates. If you have an application that is generating an XML document and want to put a date in it, then it's the responsibility of that application to create the string representing that date. XML can't do that because it isn't a programming language, it is just a format for containing data.
