Character Entities in XSLT

Please tell me how to handle character entities in XSLTs used for transforming XML-to-HTML. I need to make sure that the HTML will display well given the limited HTML character set.

Normally you don't have to do anything except ensuring that the output is HTML and not XML. (You do that either by making the document element of the output be an "html" element, or by explicitly declaring it in your xsl:output element.)

Are you actually having any problems?
