Congratulations to Jim Yingst who now submitted 3000 posts!
It is always enjoyable to read his posts in Java Advanced and today we can say that there are about 3000 people, to whom Jim helped!
And this doesn't include all those nasty posts in MD that were edited by Jim and whose authors now look much more intelligent and nice than they are.
Another (paranormal) phenomenon about Jim - he always stay calm and unbiased in any conflict that ever happened on the Ranch, so no conflict on the Ranch can ever hope to grow into a disaster...
When people say "God loves us", I guess they refer to something good and not quite deserved. I do not know why we deserve Jim among us, the only rational and truly atheistic explanation I have - God loves us!

Thank you, all. It's been a lot of fun for me here at the Ranch. Now if only I can figure out how to hack the system to convert some of those old posts from Paul, Ajith, Cindy, and Frank to appear as though they're mine. I might have a chance at catching up then...

If you click the little face and note icon on one of his posts - you can see his statics and that he registered with JavaRanch on January 30, 2000.
But don't worry Ashik 517 in 3 months puts you in good running to catch up someday .

Actually, it appears that within the last few days, Ajith has taken the lead, 4285 to 4271. Congratulations, Ajith!
