text styling in csv

Hi,
I am having a problem in styling the text of a csv. The problem is as given below:
We are generating xml files and converted to csv using XSLT. Now, a part of the data in the csv file has to be highlighted (bolded and displayed in a diff color) while displaying.I am unable to do any styling in the generated csv file. But I am also generating PDF file from XML using XSLT and i am able to do styling(e,g color change in some block).

Kindly suggest me how to go ahead in doing this. Waiting for replies... .

CSV is plain text, and includes no text styling information, so this is not possible.

If you were to create an XLS file (e.g. with a library like POI) you could include style information, but you wouldn't be able to use XSLT to do so.

There is no solution. CSV is plain text, period. If you want styles, use POI to create an XLS file.
