Edit XML file and need to insert textvalues in that

Hi,
I have one XMl file and I need to parse it and edit it and and insert text node values.
cAn any one help me in this matter

  <TestCase_11>
<Input>
    <Button>
    <Name>Start</Name>
<Click></Click>
    </Button>
</Input>
<Expected_Output>
<Button>
<Name>Stop</Name><Enable_Status>True</Enable_Status>
</Button>
</Expected_Output>
</TestCase_11>  

My XML file looks like above and I need to insert to text value in click tag according to name and that too one at a time.
Can any one help me regarding this.
