PDF generation

hi,
I want to generate PDF file. I have little idea about xml and xsl files.
anybody can help me generating PDF (code will be more helpful).

I have used the Apache FOP toolkit. The download contains very extensive examples and the supporting user mailing list can be very helpful if you run into problems.

The iText free toolkit is also well regarded.
