I just took a peek at the book's TOC on amazon. There was nothing on CI. I'd rate CI on the same level as TDD. Thus i'd expect some coverage on tools like cruisecontrol or maven.

If you're interested in CruiseControl, there was an interesting article in the March edition of Java Developer's Journal on a CI system called "Big Brother". Big Brother is based on CC and makes use of several other open source tools to give information about the project.

Our book (see my signature below) covers CruiseControl, Anthill, Gump, and plain cron/AT automation of builds.
As for Maven - its fair that their book doesn't cover it as there isn't even an official 1.0 release of it yet. Although I'm sure you will soon see several books discuss it and use it.

These tools are not covered in our book...sorry!
