You might find Enterprise Unified Process (EUP) of interest. We're in the process of releasing v2004 today at www.enterpriseunifiedprocess.info and will soon be releasing a new collection of supporting white papers over the next month or so.

You might find Enterprise Unified Process (EUP) of interest.

I sure hope that the little tricks you've done to emphasize iterations more than in the old RUP literature will actually work...
