I just saw a job posting where RUP certification was 'mandatory'. I wasn't aware there even was RUP certification. Anyone actually have it?

I haven't heard of such certification either. Maybe it's yet another "10+ years .NET experience required" thing...

At one point I think Rational had a certification for RUP trainers, but I can't find any evidence of that program still existing since the IBM merger. Can't see why somebody would want that for a developer anyways.
