Did you notice that the first line of the Agile Manifesto states

"Individuals and Interactions over Processes and Tools"

?

Having said that, what kind of support are you looking for?

In general, tools and process are reasonably orthogonal. In other words, I can apply the same tool on an agile project and on a non-agile project. Is Eclipse agile? Depends on how you use it.

Having said that, the agile community has developed some very interesting new tools which the traditional community may not be aware of. Examples which come to mind are the xUnit framework and refactoring tools (now mostly built into IDEs). We're also seeing development of new tools, particularly in the database environment (e.g. database refactoring tools, database testing tools).

So, although we prefer individuals and interactions over processes and tools, we will invest the effort to build new tools to automate important activities. Because agile developers are advancing the way that software is developed, sometimes we come up with new ideas that the traditional folks haven't thought through and as a result we come up with ideas for new tools.
