Innovation games: measurable criteria for applying games?

Are there any indicative and/or measurable criteria that you
would use in order to decide whether to use innovation
games or not in a project?

I don't provide any measurable criteria. "Indicative" or "recommended" criteria is discussed extensively. Summarizing a lot of material, Innovation Games are a form of primary, qualitative market research (nb: most "requirements elicitation and gathering" techniques fall into this category of market research). The games are organized around helping you get answers to four key questions:

- What are unmet or unrealized market (customer) needs?
- How do customers use my products and services?
- What goals do customers want to accomplish when using my products and services?
- How should I shape my product for the future?
What a show! What atmosphere! What fun! What a tiny ad!
