Internet Connection Sharing

Hi Dear Friends,
Friends the condition is that I m working an organization. This organization is using an ISP connection for connecting to internet and I m accessing the internet through a LAN in my organization. The administrator is using a proxy server software on our server. I have complete access to his hard disc through my PC. But I don't have physical access to our proxy server. Now the problem is that some times the administrator connect the Internet but do not enable the proxy software due to which the internet can be accessed by using that PC at which the Internet is connected by modem but not through LAN, means in this condition I can not access the Internet from my PC.
Remember that I have an administrator equivalent account on the proxy server and windows 2000 professional is being used on our server and also on my PC. Now what my requirement is that through my PC how can I enable the internet connection sharing option of that ISP connection. (If I have physical access to the proxy server of my organization then what I can do is that simply I shall right click on the ISP connection --> select "properties" option and then select "sharing" tab, from there I can enable Internet connection sharing, but the problem is that I don't have physical access to the proxy server). Please help me.

You can use an application that will give you remote access to the server's desktop, so you can run programs on the server remotely.
Netmeeting is one such program that I have used. You install it on the server and your pc. Configure it to your LAN settings. It has an option "Enable remote access requests", which I beleive is password protected. It will show u all the server Desktop icons on your pc allowing control from your pc.
