Hi,
I need to burn a midi file to CD, then the CD will be played with a common CD player( No computer there available ). I have nero 5.0 and also windows media player 9, both of them failed to make it. Then I wanted to convert the midi file to mp3 or wma, or any format that can be handled by nero or win media player. I searched with google but only found tools to convert mp3 to midi, wave to midi, not vice versa. I am responsible to offer this piece of music in a big local public gathering tomorrow evening. Could anyone please tell me how to do? That would be of great help, thank you very much in advance.

Regards,
Ellen
ps: There is another solution, maybe I can record the music via sound card. Anyone could recommend some decent record software? Windows recorder can only continuously work for 1 minute.

Many thanks to Mr. Stevens. I followed the instruction from here, downloaded winamp2 and a wav file really was generated. But unfortunately the wav file never got played -- so quiet. Well...I think maybe I am going to dig out my sony walkman and do some old fashioned recording.
Thanks to Mr. Stevens again.

Best Regards,
Ellen
