IS IT POSSIBLE TO RUN IIS ON WIN98(FOR ASP)..

Hi all .... i want to knw is it possible to install and run IIS(Internet Information System) on Win98? I hv PWS(Personal Web Server) on my system but i want to have IIS. IS it possible ?
If not then i want to knw are there too many difference between working with IIS and PWS? I m not working on a big level.. im just a begginer...
