Alternative free solution to TOAD?

I know TOAD has a free version, but it has rather bad limitations that I cannot live with, like 5 concurrent usages in an organisation.
So, I'm wondering if there is an open-source alternative to TOAD?
I've tried SQLTools but seems that it lacked the GUI-friendliness of TOAD.
Could anyone help?

I'm not sure where to download from, but a while back I used to use TORA (Tookit for ORAcle). I mostly use SquirrelSQL and command line tools now.

TORA seems like a great tool to me. But Windows users have to purchase a commercial license for it...

There used to be an evaluation version of TORA. I wasn't aware it is no longer available.
