I had Norton Antivirus in my computer and it got the most updated virus definition.

Since yesterday, it keep popping up the virus alert:
Object Name: C:\DOCUME~1\Jack\LOCALS~1\Temp\9iCEdD.exe (the exe name is randomly generated)
Virus Name: Downloader.Trojan
Action Taken: The file was automatically deleted.

I tried follow the removal method from NAV for downloader.trojan:
Start in safe mode and scan and no virus detect.

However, when I start in normal mode again and the virus alert pop up again.
Can someone keep me? Thanksss so much!
