i'v winXp sp2 along with ie 6

i've this annoying pop up blocker that appears everytime i try to access my offline java API(happens in other situations too, of course)

how can i get rid of it, forever?

Click the start button, settings, control panel.
Double click the Security Center icon.
Scan down it and click internet options.
Select the privacy tab. You should see it on the button...

you could also do a search for winxp SP2 pop-up blocker to learn more about this new addition that comes with SP2.

open ie
tools
advanced
(near the very end)
check: allow execution of active content in files in 'My Computer'
