anybody pls tell where can i get sample log4j sending mail program. i downloaded a program. while running it is showing the following error

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/mail/Multipart

log4j does not include the JavaMail API. If you already have a J2EE server installed, chances are that it has the JavaMail classes somewhere. If not, you can downloaded it from that link.
