Is there any open source in java which translates from one language to another? Is there any help links? Please help

I doubt that there are any open source solutions, in Java or other languages. Translation is hard to get right; coming up with a good quality program would be a major commercial opportunity.

Thanks for your reply. I have one doubt. In google search, they have an option Translate this page. It is translating to local language. How it's done? Please shed light on this.
